Signed link Email bound Time limited
Recovery is secure by default. The reset flow avoids account clues and uses signed links that expire, so staff can recover access without weakening clinic security.
No account leak The screen does not reveal whether an email exists in the system.
Signed URL Reset links are generated with Laravel signed routes and expiry.
Email match The reset token is tied to the staff email address.
Fresh password The old password is replaced with a new hash before sign-in continues.
